Kawasaki Robot--3D modeling & glue path of shoe soles

 

1. Different shoe soles can be placed in any angle on the moving conveyor belt

2. Laser line scanner do the 3D scanning of the shoe sole in motion

3. Calculate the contours of different shoe soles

4. Calculate the glue path and normal direction on the path

5. Send the result to the robot arm

6. The robot arm glue shoe sole in the movement of the conveyor belt.

This is the first time that used Kawasaki's robot for our automated machine design, compared to last Kuka's robot, the image processing software and system design by our company is faster and smoother.
