Laird have complete solution for EMI & Thermal issue. You can use grounding or shielding or absorber to avoid EMI. There are the molded gaskets, Fabric over Foam (FOF) or Fingerstock used for electromagnetic shielding and environmental sealing and the automated dispensing gaskets used for complex geometry and space limitations. You also can use absorber to place near sensitive electronics to absorb electromagnetic interference or use the inductive components that maximize constant current flow while reducing heat and noise.
