1. Input CAD drawing (6-axis robot + 2-axis Aux + part)

2. Welding path generation (welding head always down in the path)

  A. Pick weld bead on CAD drawing

  B. Automatically generate welding path (6+2 axes move at the same time), which can be manually modified after generation.

  C. Computer simulation of welding path

3. Laser scanning check different between simulation and real path

  A. different between of part and CAD drawing

  B. production errors between different parts on same design

  C. position error of part locking every time

4. Modify the path to generated the final welding path

5. Perform welding
