Generally, the multi-section welding of the round tube requires only a 360-degree rotating disc (C-axis) to achieve the processing purpose. Since no precise control is required, it is OK to use a general motor. From time to time, we will add a manually adjusted side shaft (B-axis). However, once the welding of multi-section elbows is required, the length change of each section itself. Whether it is a special machine or a six-axis robot arm with existing tools, it is difficult to make multi-stage bending, and it is usually necessary to manually adjust the position many times to accomplish this welding.  Our welding double servo motor control indexing plate can be used to easily complete the welding work of multi-section elbows, whether it is co-work with special welding design machine or a six-axis Robot.
