FANUC Robot_ 3D modeling and grinding of water hardware

 

1. Laser Scanner  scan to builds a 3D surface of the target

2. Plan the polishing path, normal and force size of every position of path

3. Calculate the relative position to the mechanical arm of the polishing head with the force sensor

4. The robot arm is moved in to the position to do the polishing
