Using line laser scanner to do 3D modeling of reverse engineering

It has always been a big problem that a complex objects need to be reverse engineered or dimension check.  In this case, laser line scanners were used to scan water hardware at different angles and then our software will used to compose high-precision 3D drawings. This 3D drawing have (x,y,z) information on every position including these points in the concave area.  These information can measure the dimension of key area and provides basic information for further machine tooling.
