With the aid of the disturbance brought about by external magnetic field or ferro-magnetic materials that are generated by the surroundings, such as electronic devices or metal facilities, the calibration of an electronic compass is needed to provide accurate direction. Sometimes to do a Calibration is not convenience before using it.

The QR Ferro-magnetic Eradicated Compass module provides accurate direction without calibration process after initialized. With Self-Calibration and Auto-Calibration schemes, the user walks through areas with different or varying magnetic distortions, useful measurements can still be provided by the use of the schemes. The turning motion or rotation calibration process is unnecessary.

The QR Electronic Automobile Compass is designed to be easily integrated into a system with 3 volt supply and I2C/RS-232 data interface.
